  • Culturally familiar care

We understand Chinese home cooking, family customs and what feels respectful to elders.

2026 policy update

Support at Home 2026: eight levels, quarterly budgets, price caps — what it means for you

HCP has been replaced. Here are the changes families ask about most.

  • Eight support classifications

The former four HCP levels are now eight classifications with different annual budget ranges.

  • Quarterly budgets

Funding is released quarterly rather than as a single annual package.

  • Separate AT-HM budget

Assistive technology and home modifications have an independent budget stream.

  • Clinical care — no contribution

Clinical care (including allied health where applicable) is fully government-funded.
