From 1 November 2025, Home Care Packages (HCP) were replaced by Support at Home. It provides government-funded in-home aged care with eight support classifications. We help families understand eligibility and navigate My Aged Care.
Yes. Our team supports English, Mandarin and Cantonese — from the first phone call through daily care at home.
We provide services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. Please call us so we can confirm your plan management type before starting.
Fee schedules are available on request. From 1 July 2026, Support at Home services are subject to government price caps. We explain costs clearly before you commit — we do not publish fixed prices on this website.
We provide in-home support across Greater Sydney, including key Chinese-speaking communities such as Hurstville, Chatswood, Burwood, Eastwood, Rhodes and Parramatta.
